Born in Greece and raise in Prague, Czech Republic, Marika Kalnoky has spent most o f her life traveling the world. She emigrated in 1983 to New Jersey with her Hungarian husband and two young boys.

Though her college degree was in international business, once she arrived in  the United States  she took a job as a computer programmer for telecommunications giant AT&T. Also during her years in the northeast states she was involved with both Czech and Hungarian ethnic newspaper publishing, but it wasn't until 2004 that she switched to a new career.

In June of 2007, Marika moved with her husband to Florida where she intends to continue pursuing a career in real estate. She specializes in languages, having been a translator in the Czech Republic, and speaks fluent Greek, German, Czech, Russian and, of course, English. With these skills she is able to communicate with all nationalities of central Europeans in Florida.
